[Mono-devel-list] gdiplus downloaded but still says missing from mono

For now just trying to pull up a Hello World Basic
form - nothing else.  I have tried placing the
gdiplus.dll in the /usr/lib and also made sure
/usr/lib was in my LD_LIBRARY_PATH with same problem -
the libgdiplus.dll was not found.
