[Mono-devel-list] patch for File.Exists() and Directory.Exists()

Hello,

Here is a patch for File.Exists() and Directory.Exists() that prevents
us from GAC installation of new #ziplib (i.e. make install) on Windows.

I know this is not beautiful; It is just required as a quick fix and
Dick might improve it after his holiday.
