Hey guys,

Can someone review http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=58881 and 
let me know if it's okay to commit?  ValueTypes weren't marked as 
blittable, nor were pointer types (i.e. the void * within IntPtr), as 
well as a few other minor things.
