[Mono-devel-list] Problems building Mono daily

Hello,

I attempted to build the Mono daily for today, but ran into a couple
problems:

  - libgc/configure.host is not there, so the configuration stage of
    libgc fails.  I had to copy this file from CVS to get past this.
  - When building libgc, libgc/version.h is missing.  Also copied from
    CVS to get past this.

Those are the two main things.  I also get an error while linking
mono/mini:

  ./.libs/libmono.so: undefined reference to `___tls_get_addr'

which is probably related to my configuration, but any help would be
appreciated.
