Hello Sergey,

It was only a guess that this may be the cause. 
Until now we are executing only statements using 
CommandType.Text. This works for SPs too (wrapping 
the call in SQL).

Please file a bug report including a test case in
bugzilla even though S.D.OracleClient does not seem
to be actively supported.
