I'm sorry I've been slow with publishing information about packaging.
However, the release process for beta-1 was in flux (some could call,
complete chaos) well until the very last moment. I took the weekend off
after the release, and made the SPEC files available yesterday.

Again, I'm sorry it took me so long to publish this, and I'll make this
a #1 priority for the next beta release.
