Hello,

Could someone please take a look at bug #57993, documenting a bug with
System.Timers.Timer's AutoReset property, wherein the Timer object's event
fires twice instead of once when the AutoReset property is set to false.
I've attached to the bug a proposed patch to fix the problem, and a simple
test case demonstrating the issue.
