Sure looks that way

ldd /usr/lib/winelib.exe.so

	linux-gate.so.1 =>  (0x0084b000)
	libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x00c9e000)
	libpthread.so.0 => /lib/tls/libpthread.so.0 (0x00f68000)
	libwine.so.1 => /usr/lib/libwine.so.1 (0x00e80000)
	libwine_unicode.so.1 => /usr/lib/libwine_unicode.so.1 (0x00b9f000)
	libm.so.6 => /lib/tls/libm.so.6 (0x0037c000)
	libc.so.6 => /lib/tls/libc.so.6 (0x00111000)
	/lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x008a0000)

Something just isn't being picked up and it's more annoying that export
MONO_DEBUG=1 is not really doing anything
