[Mono-devel-list] PATCH: NpgsqlDataReader.RecordsAffected

Attached is a patch for Npgsql that makes NpgsqlDataReader.RecordsAffected return -1 instead of throwing an exception in situations like "create table" or other commands that don't modify rows. ChangeLog is included.

Is it ok to commit?
