As GAC is new in Mono I have what might be a silly question.  I noticed
that all the libraries now seem to be installed in
{PREFIX}/lib/mono/gac/ - so does that mean we shouldn't have libraries
in {PREFIX}/lib anymore (like my mono-31 install)?
