hello,

there were some problems for me building the .net 2.0 profile of mcs, 
but 1.1 went all right.
after editing gtkhtml-sharp.dll.config, there still is a problem with 
monodoc though:

i'm still using boehm gc 6.3 a4 from fink, could that be the problem?
