[Mono-devel-list] 2 patch for beta1

Hello,

Here are two patches I'd like included in beta1

* ASN1.diff
this fix regressions in xmldsig standalone tests
	note: needs to be applied in Mono.Security.dll then copied to corlib

* CryptoConfig.diff
this will load the xmldsig algorithms from the right version of
System.Security


The patches aren't critical but they can limit developers to use the new
xmldsig functonalities added since 0.31.
