[Mono-devel-list] reflection.c patch to set culture and flags for asmb references

Hello,

	Attached is a patch to reflection.c that will set the
MONO_ASSEMBLYREF_CULTURE and MONO_ASSEMBLYREF_FLAGS columns properly for
assembly references. Is this OK to commit?
