Keep the faith, baby.  Missing libwinnt.dll.so is one of those things I've
seen as well.  I forget what in particular I did to solve that problem,
however, I did eventually solve it.  I posted an extended "how to" on the
Mono winforms list that may provide the clues for you.
 
However, warning ... when Peter and Miguel say adamantently this is alpha
Winforms support, believe them.  So, keep waiting expenctantly, but don't
hope for much yet.
