[Mono-devel-list] [PATCH] Implementation of Microsoft.VisualBasic.Interaction

Hello all,
 
After recognizing that IIf under VB.net doesn't work as expected 
I've implemented some of the functions in  Microsoft.VisualBasic.Interaction.
 
Implemented are: IIf, Environ, Command.
 
I've also marked all other function with MonoTODO. They are throwing
NotImplementedException now too.
 
Could someone please review and commit the attached patch?
