[Mono-devel-list] AssemblyName.FullName, Assembly.CreateQualifiedName TODOs

hello,
I wanted the details of the functionality that has to
be added in 
the following TODOs:
1) Assembly.CreateQualifiedName : the current
implementation seems to completely resemble the .NET
counterpart  ( but it has a TODO attribute) and also a
very minute change has to be added ( a space after the
comma ).

2)Assembly.FullName():Most of it is complete. I could
not figure out what extra work has to be done

can somebody guide regarding this,
