Hello,

   I have failed to subscribe every Mono contributor to the `Mono
Hackers' mailing list.  This mailing list is a mailing list for
administrative issues related to the project, used for things like
scheduled, release notes review and more.

   If you are a Mono contributor and are interested in joining, let me
know.  I just posted the preview to 0.31 notes, and I need some
feedback.
