There is not a maintainer? I'll try to make some patch, at least for
biggest problems/incompatibilities.

One question: how it is possible to make a dll "transparently
compatible" with the Micro$oft one? Under mono I need to compile my
application against the original Win32 library to make the .exe running
on the Win32 platform, but this is not needed for others library: where
is the difference?
