[Mono-devel-list] Where does gdiplus.dll come from?

I have installed Mono, MCS, libgdiplus and Gtk#, plus everything that 
configure from those asked me to. All latest versions.

When I run a program that uses System.Drawing.Bitmap, it throws a DLL 
not found exception, saying that it can't find gdiplus.dll. Where should 
this file be coming from? Shouldn't it be looking for something like 
libgdiplus.so (which I do have)?
