It fails to build on sparc-linux -- it looks for libc.so, while it
should look for libc.so.6, like on x86-linux.

It also fails to build on amd64-linux, as it uses
$(DESTDIR)$(bindir)/mono to run gacutil, while it should use
$(mono_runtime) (which is mint in this case).
