[Mono-devel-list] Some System.IO fixes

Hi,

The attached patch will reduce 300 of corlib test errors on Windows
to nearly 100 failures. Each of the tested classes are not so bad,
but some testcases leaves files opened and it then causes a bunch of
file share violation in Directory.Delete() in TearDown().

There are also some SRE cases that causes similar results. Will continue
to look into them.
