[Mono-devel-list] Eliminating Console.WriteLine()

Hello,

Basically we should eliminate Console.WriteLine() in our class
libraries. I quickly looked around and found some of such code;

- Novell.Directory.LDAP
- System.Net.Configuration
- System.DirectoryServices
- System.Drawing.Printing
- System.Runtime.Remoting
- System.Web
- System.Web.Services.Description/HttpSimpleProtocolImporter.cs
- XmlSerializer

I omitted some obsolete libraries such as some of Mono.Data.*
and some of non-Mono 1.0 stable components. Would you guys please
clean them out? (I didn't do it by myself; I know you are debugging
in your favorite ways.)
