Hi Paolo, Zoltan,

I've attached a patch with fixes several issues with the current implementation of (System.Reflection.Emit) TypeBuilder, and improves compatibility with the MS.NET TypeBuilder.

I've also added a bunch of unit tests for this.  I had to Ignore 4 tests for now, because of bug #59629.

Can you review this patch, and let me know if its ok to commit this ?
