[Mono-devel-list] make run-test-ondotnet

Hello,

I just added a new target "run-test-ondotnet" on our build system.
We formerly used "run-test" on windows just to "verify our
unit tests whether working fine under MS.NET or not", not to test
our libraries under "mono on Windows".

I fixed the problem a few days ago, but I heard that it had been used
as such. So with Nick's suggestion, I added this target that should
work like "run-test" used to be under Windows.

It is meaningless under non-Windows environment.

If any problems, please tell me.
