[Mono-devel-list] Problem with URL Rewriting

I am no developer !
So please if you want to help me do this very exactly ( the best would be a
step by step copy and paste help, but i take all i can get :-)
Could someone tell me how to get the downloaded source to run ?

My error ? :

Fedora Linux - Apache 2 - mono_module ( The example *.aspx that come with
mono are running ).
