[Mono-devel-list] MONO_PATH help

When I tried to run XSP or mod_mono I received the
following error

** (/usr/bin/xsp.exe:27739): WARNING **: Could not
find assembly System.Web, references from
/usr/bin/xsp.exe (assemblyref_index=1)
     Major/Minor: 1,0
     Build:       5000,0
     Token:       b03f5f7f11d50a3a


Someone told me that error was related to the
MONO_PATH or the PATH 
Can someone enlight me with this issue.
I even pointed to 
-rwxr-xr-x    1 root     root      1900544 Jun 29
15:01 System.Web.dll
[root at u15158358 2.0.3600.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a]# pwd
/usr/lib/mono/gac/System.Web/2.0.3600.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a
But still does not work 
Any ideas?
