When I sent out the sample B-Encode links earlier, I forgot to include
the other 2 .cs files as links, they make it a little more
practicle/obvious as to how it can be used.  The Main file opens a
torrent from the local directory, parses it, and then saves it to a
new file to make sure everything's coming out kosher.
