[Mono-devel-list] Idea: Bittorrent and Mono.

This may be totally out in left-field and not practicle, but what
about a bittorrent enabled gac that would act as a mono equivalent of
CPAN/PyPI.  For non-system assemblies that are purely managed code it
would make the simply xcopying an executable from one platform to
another straightforward and assembly dependancies could be handled
automatically.

Trackers could be managed similar to how debian handles releases.  It
may also help the strain on the mono webservers when new releases are
made since only assemblies that tie into native code would have to be
installed and the rest could be undated through the bittorrent gac.
