I have Monodevelop compiled, but i get different errors everytime i run
it, and i only get as far as a splash screen.
How i got it that far is as follows:
1. install mono1.0 from fink
2. install the gnome bundle package in fink (some packages didn't
install but most major ones worked) , then gtk- sharp This actually
took about 3 days on my ibook when i tried to compile form the unstable
src. I found some problems and submitted some patches, and finally got
gtk-sharp compiled. I had to choose SSL enabled for any packages where
the choice was given.
3. install gecko-sharp and monodoc via fink (another long compile).
4. install gtksourceview and mozilla from fink.
5. install gtksourceview-sharp from the src at mono-project.com
6. install monodevelop from the src on mono-project.com
I get errors like the following when i try to run monodevelop:
Loading error, please reinstall :
