[Mono-devel-list] make install problems on gentoo system

I agree that it is a gentoo issue.  I don't see why that precludes it from
going into a README meant (at least partially) to tell people how to build
the CVS on different systems.  It seems far more efficient to throw things
like this into a README than to answer questions on a mailing list.

Anyway, thanks a lot for all of your help, everything builds and better yet
I understand why it didn't in the first place.

I doubt it, this is only an issue because the gentoo auto* wrappers dont
do well detecting the proper version to use. This is not a mono issue,
but a gentoo issue.
