Thanks for the e-mail, I appreciate it, and am glad to hear that you
guys are willing to make changes to your implementation.

We do not have a strict policy on bug compatibility when it comes to
our implementation of the same classes.  It is something that we review
on a case-by-case basis.  As you can imagine some third party
applications might depend on bugs, so that is why sometimes remaining
bug compatible makes sense.  

A big deal of the problem is lacking a good contact point, and I
appreciate a lot your openness to this issue, and we of course want to
do the right thing.    Thanks for bringing this up to our attention.

Let me introduce you to Atsushi Enomoto who is in charge of System.Xml
for Mono, Atsushi, please meat Dare Obasanjo who is the Microsoft XML
PM.

I have been tracking your interviews on Channel 9, keep up the good work!
