[Mono-devel-list] mcs /doc is back; patch included

Hello,

The patch for mcs /doc had been pended against 1.0 stability matter.
Now it is time to apply this not-a-little changes.

Nothing has changed since the last patch and all tests pass fine (well,
except for test-74.cs I posted a few minutes ago).
