Well, right now there are some basic documents on writing MonoDevelop 
plugins, however I would be happy to work with you to get exactly what 
kind of information you need.

There is at least a document in the 0.5 tarball under doc/ and 
potentially a document (that might be out of date) on the website under 
the tutorials section.

However, please contact me, or the monodevelop list 
(monodevelop-list at lists.ximian.com) with any additional 
questions/comments/etc.
