We have a list, monodevelop-list at lists.ximian.com that is a better forum 
for these questions. I will attempt to give a couple potential reasons 
here, and if they dont work, please email back there. First, are you 
sure that you have gtksourceview-1.0 installed? Also, is it on your 
LD_LIBRARY_PATH. Finally, you can attempt installingthe -devel package 
for gtksourceview and seeing if that helps.
