The needed infrastructure is already implemented, however it is not yet
working. The reason is that in MS.NET this feature, AFAIK, is based on
Code Access Security, which is not implemented in Mono. If it is really
necessary I could write a workaround for it, but I rather would prefer
to wait until CAS does the job.
