The attached test case now throws the following exception for me:

Unhandled Exception: System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Argument is out
of range
Parameter name: idx
in <0x0003c> System.String:InternalSetChar (int,char)
in <0x00108> System.Text.StringBuilder:Append (char[])
in <0x0007b> .T:Main ()
