There is some of the managed code already implemented. What is missing
is the runtime code and then inserting the hooks in the assemblies and
doing an audit of the whole code.
Note that Ben <benjaminwootton at hotpop.com> already started work on it
(for a university project as well): I opened a bug report to keep track
of this task in bugzilla:
http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=52606.

Now, you two either do two independent implementations or coordinate to
work on different chunks of the task.
