[Mono-devel-list] First (near) completed assembly and Locales

Hi,

I just wanted to say that with System.Drawing.Design the first assembly is
(functionally) complete ;)
Ok - one thing is missing: The Locale class (I've been working with Miguel
and others on a concept a while back), so attached is a suggestion for this
class.
Please comment and make suggestions for improvements!
