[Mono-devel-list] inotify FSW backend

Hey guys,

Here comes a basic inotify backend for the FileSystemWatcher that I 
wrote a while ago. I've broken my mono dev machine so if someone feels 
like fixing the FIXME's, feel free ;) I wont have the time to do it for 
a while now.
