[Mono-devel-list] Serial Port (System.IO.Ports.SerialPort) implementation submission

The serial library code is now hosted at
http://sourceforge.net/projects/serialportnet/

Internally, the code uses some files under OpenNetCF license, and I
still don't know how compatible that license will be with the the MIT
X11. I will email them, and should have some results soon.  If they
refuse to re-release it, i will rewrite needed code to fit mono
license.

I will release my code under any mono-compatible license.
