[Mono-devel-list] using mono to write a linux gui

Wow, this is getting more and more involved. For the sake of code readability and portability,
this option wont make it. Thanks for elaborating on that. Remarkable how sth that looked like a slick approach initially can get rather complicated once you consider the details.
I think I will have a look at Gtk-- and swig to get a sense which of the remaining approaches 
suits me. This discussion taught me lot. I think I am starting to understand what managed 
languages are about.
