I did some research myself. I first thought that MonoSymbolWriter
class implements ISymbolWriter, and GetSymWriter() on module builder
does something. This was a wrong assumption -- they have nothing in
common.

So what I need to do is to implement ISymbolWriter using
MonoSymbolWriter and have it somehow loaded by my compiler.
