Why would it be flagged MonoTODO, if that is the correct codepage?

Could you do the same fix for the other methods?  This is clearly a big
bug (the code page numbers are standard, so they wont change from
machine to machine or configuration to configuration).

And can you also apply these to the 1-0 branch?
