I don't know.  Besides, we should be doing this with a configure feature
check rather than a platform define.  Or #if 0 the whole set of unused
defines, and worry about the name collision if we ever want to use the
symbol.

Having both includes is fine by me, so long as it doesn't break any
other platform.
