[Mono-devel-list] monop assembly loading

Hello,

This is a simple patch to make the way monop loads assemblies better. 
The old way didn't work well with relative paths and had no way to
specify a version to load (ie 1.0 vs. 2.0).  There is also a small
change to print some info about the assembly, perhaps someone wants to
suggest a different style of outputting that.
