[Mono-devel-list] Building Mono on Windows

I looked at this some time ago.  I didn't proceed because I noticed that
the Nant guys and the Msbuild guys were going to work on interop w/ one
another.  I would expect, at the very least, that Nant will support an
Msbuild target.  Of course, it may be better to eventually have a native
Msbuild implementation, but the quicker route would be to add that type
of target to Nant.
