Yup,

 

In the screenshot you sent, there are a couple of references to the
Microsoft.VisualC namespace, this is not implemented in Mono. 
You should retry your test with C#, that should be binary compatible.

Since I have not that level of wisdom yet and do not know IL assembly, I am
