Yup,
In the screenshot you sent, there are a couple of references to the
Microsoft.VisualC namespace, this is not implemented in Mono.
You should retry your test with C#, that should be binary compatible.

I believe managed C++ adds some native code to the program. Perhaps if you
look to the IL it becomes clear what the thing is doing (use ildasm).
