The vast majority of spam to this list is caught by mailman, so count
yourself lucky it only goes to the list admin.

I looked at setting the list options to only allow posting from cvs
accounts, but mailman wouldn't allow a regex there.  It would be
possible to add individual users to the mailman config when they get cvs
accounts, but that is added hassle for Miguel so we didn't do it.
