[Mono-devel-list] mod-mono-server not restarting with apache

Hi, I hope I'm in the right place to ask this question - I poked around
in the archives some and didn't see anyone addressing this issue already
but it did seem like the right list to ask. Anyway, I've been trying to
upgrade my apache/mod-mono setup to the newest version (xsp 0.12,
mod-mono 0.8), and got it working fine except for one thing: when I
restart apache, it doesn't restart mod-mono-server. Is this intentional?
Is there any way to tell it to restart? I can see not wanting to restart
mod-mono-server every time one restarts apache, but if I want to push
out some new code or change a configuration setting it seems weird that
the only way to do it is to manually kill all the mod-mono-server
processes and then restart.
