As far as I know, Mono doesn't support ASP, but it does support ASP.NET.
Instructions in getting it working are in the XSP package (and mod_mono if
you plan to use it with apache).

I downloaded Mono 0.31 and get an error when I run mcs saying that
MSVCR70.dll can't be found.  I only have MSVCR71.dll.  What do I do?
 
Also, where do I get instructions for running Mono's asp.   The link to the
directions on the download page is broken.
